Career
Scottish-qualified, through his Edinburgh-born grandmother, has played in the capital before as part of a touring under-18 side. He played for New Zealand under-20s in the 2013 Institutional Review Board Junior World Championship in France. Te Rure is now eligible to play for the Scotland national rugby union team as he has fully signed to the union.
