Jaime Aron graduates of the Faculty of Laws (LL.B) of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Presently and simultaneously with his legal work, Jaime Aron is a member of the Board of Menorah Mivtachim Bituach Ltd (a public company) and Menorah Mivtachim Holdings Ltd. On the board, he heads the comptroller's committee of the board of both companies.
In addition, Jaime Aron continues his extensive public activity, inter alia as Chairman of the Executive of the Federation of Bi-National Chambers of Commerce in Israel, Honorary President of the Israel-Latin America Chamber of Commerce, Honorary President of the Industrial Commercial Club, Honorary Consul of Colombia in Israel, Civil Attaché at the Embassy of Chile, and a member of the Arts Science and Culture Prize Committee (Premaster’s price).
Jaime Aron serves as the legal and economic advisor of the Embassies of Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Panama, Costa Rica, and El Salvador, and as the legal advisor of Israel Bonds International.
For many years Jaime Aron held many important positions in public activities and politics.
From 1970 to 1981, in addition to managing a law firm, he held voluntarily the position of Chairman Immigrants Division in the Herut Movement, Deputy Chairman of the Executive of Herut HaTsohar, Deputy Chairman of the Latin American Immigrants Association.
In 1977 Jaime Aron was coordinator of the delegation of Argentinian Jewry Leadership that was invited by the then Prime Minister, the late Menachem Begin.
From 1981-1984 he served as the Israeli Ambassador to Colombia, and until today acts as Colombia’s Honorary Consul in Israel. In 1984 he was elected Chairman of the Immigration and Absorption Department in the Jewish Agency and the World Zionist Organization and served as a member of the Executive in both bodies.
During 1989-1992 Jaime Aron was a member of the Board of Directors of the Israel Aerospace Industries. He headed the Audit Committee and was a member of the Finance and renewal Committees of the board.
During 1990-1994 he served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hasin Aish public company, which is listed on the Stock Exchange in Israel, and as a member of the Board of Directors of several other private companies.
From 1997-2012 Jaime Aron served again as a member of the Board of Directors of the Israel Aerospace Industries and headed the Finance Committee of the Board and was a member of the Human Resources, the Research and Development, and the Issuance Committees.
In 2012 he joined forces with Adv. Guy Yuval within the framework of joint activity at the firm of Sabari-Yuval & Co. that had been founded by Adv. Guy Yuval, and acted as managing partner, and subsequently, they jointly founded the law firm, Yuval Aron & Associates.
