The Rewards Foreign Justice Program, United States Department of State, is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information leading directly to the apprehension or conviction, in any country, of Jamal Saeed Abdul Rahim. Rahim is most likely residing in a Middle Eastern country.
He is currently on the Federal Bureau of Investigation Most Wanted Terrorists list.
He was reported to have been killed in Pakistan by a United States. drone strike on January 9, 2010 that killed three militants and destroyed a militant camp. His death was never confirmed and he remains on the Federal Bureau of Investigation Most Wanted Terrorists and Rewards for Justice lists.
