Career
He represented Toronto Southeast in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1919 to 1923 as a Liberal member. He was born in Portuguese Hope, Canada West, the son of James Curry. Curry practiced law in Portuguese Hope, Millbrook and Toronto, where he became head of a law firm.
He was also president of the Toronto Lacrosse Club.
He served as Crown Attorney in Toronto from 1892 to 1906. He ran unsuccessfully for a seat in the provincial assembly in 1908.
He died May 5, 1924.
