Career
Born in Mill Lane Hospital, Liverpool, Dickens took up boxing at the age of 12 at the Salisbury American Broadcasting Company. After two years he moved on to the Golden Gloves American Broadcasting Company before moving on again to the Everton Red Triangle Boxing Club, representing his country many times at junior level After missing out on selection for the, he turned professional, making his pro debut in January 2011.
Galahad stopped Dickens in the tenth round, inflicting the first defeat of his professional career. He faced Josh Wale at the Echo Arena in March 2015, this time winning via unanimous decision to add the British title to his English title.
He beat Arnoldo Solano on points in July 2015.
