In 1883 James Driver came to the United States. He served as draftsman in the office of James Young in Bradford. In 1885 Mr. Driver migrated to this country, and subsequently settled in Boston. Ten years later he began architectural practice in the city as partner in the firm of Hartwell, Richardson & Driver, and continued in that association during the rest of his life.
