Career
He represented Peel in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as a Conservative member from 1913 to 1916. He was born in Brampton, Ontario, the son of James Fallis, and educated there. He was elected in an 1913 by-election held after Samuel Charters resigned his seat in the provincial assembly.
He died May 11, 1935.
