As a student draftsman he entered the office of Elbridge Boyden, later joined Stephen Earle in partnership, and during the years of their association designed All Saints Church, the Clark Building and other structures in Worcester.
In later years, from 1887 until the time of his decease, Mr. Fuller was associated in partnership with Ward P. Delano. During that period they were architects of the old Armory, the Y.M.C.A. Building and the South Church Worcester, also designed the Thayer Memorial Public Library at Uxbridge, Mass.
