Career
He was named as Weekly Journalist of the Year in 2005 at the Newspaper Society awards. He reads the news on both the Severn for Shrewsbury and the Severn for Oswestry in Shropshire, England. James Holt grew up in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
He graduated from the University of Lincoln with a Bachelor Honours degree in Journalism.
