India, 1868-1880; Egypt, 1882-1883. Superintended Government horse-breeding operations in Punjab, 1878-1880 (thanks of Government of India and Punjab Government). Egyptian Campaign. 1882 (despatches, medal, Egyptian medal, 3ra class Osmanieh).
Decorated for services in Egyptian Campaign.
