James Moeller was state supreme court justice. Bar: Arizona 1959, United States District Court Arizona 1959, United States Court Appeals (9th circuit) 1961.


Moeller, James was born on November 14, 1933 in Valley, Nebraska, United States. Son of Hans and Marie Grace (Shumaker) Moeller.


He graduated from Valley High School and received a bachelor of arts degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1954.


James Moeller is a native of Valley, Nebraska. He served in the Army for two years after graduation. He received his law degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., in 1959 and joined the Phoenix law firm of Lewis, Roca, Scoville, Beauchamp and Linton.

In 1970, Moeller formed his own Phoenix law firm. He was a judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court for the ten years prior to his appointment to the Supreme Court by Arizona Governor Evan Mecham.


It is the person’s choice to be saved and one can fall from grace by not following God therefore losing salvation.


Every Church statement in social or economic field should be seriously considered and demonstrate a competence in political sphere.


Church decisions should be made as openly as possible, giving opportunities for all to contribute. It is important for all views to be heard and taken seriously, especially where Christians disagree.
