After military career as RAF pilot and instructor, he established Aisa International in 1998 with Clive Tutton. Specialises in transparent, commission-free investment and pension planning for expats.
In Czech Republic Aisa became the first MiFID tied agent registered with ČNB (2022). In 2025 James was ranked among Top 100 most influential people in offshore investments by International Adviser magazine.
Completed officer and pilot training with the Royal Air Force (RAF). Holds professional financial qualifications: Chartered Wealth Strategist, CFP® (Certified Financial Planner), and European Financial Planner (EFP) from EFPA Czech Republic.
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aisa International (since 1998), an independent fee-based financial advisory group with offices in the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, USA, Cyprus and other countries.
