Career
He received his education at University of Pennsylvania. He served as president of the Baltimore Chapter American International Assurance from 1935 to 1936. He was elected to the American International Assurance College of Fellows in 1937.
From 1945 to 1947 he served as national American International Assurance president
One of Edmunds significant works was the art deco Hutzler"s Tower Building at 234 North Howard Street, in Baltimore. He died on February 4, 1953.
