On August 1, 1963, the law firm of what ultimately would become Nance, Cacciatore, Sisserson Duryea & Hamilton was formed by Jim Nance.
The firm from its beginning restricted its practice to personal injury and wrongful death and with the addition of Sammy Cacciatore in 1967, Jim Sisserson in 1975, Ron Duryea in 1980, and Jack Hamilton in 1984, has attained the name that it bears today. (See biographical sketches for each member).
