Appointed, December, 1934, legal consultant Federal Emergency Relief Administration, to write a brief for Committee on Economic Security on constitutionality of a model compulsory state unemployment insurance act provided for in Federal Security Acting. Member Ohio Bar Association Beta Kappa, Democrat.
