Specialties include private cost recovery and contribution claims, brownfields redevelopment/voluntary cleanup projects, pollution prevention projects to set off fines in enforcement cases, and multi-party Superfund actions. Our clients are blue-chip Fortune 500 industrial and service clients, major banks and significant regional real estate interests, as well as smaller companies and individuals. We also serve as local counsel to out-of-state firms and special counsel to major law firms without a significant environmental law group.
