Education

Graduate Princeton, 1875 (A.M.). Studied law Washington University Law School, 1877-1878.

Career

Admitted to bar, 1879. Then practiced in St. Louis. President of the board police commissioner, St. Louis, 1884-1888.

Appointed general counsel Louisiana Purchase Exposition, 1901. Several of his addresses on economics and legal subjects have been published in pamphlet form. Home: Kirkwood, Mo.
