Joined C. F. F. Wearne & Company, engineers, Singapore, Straits Settlements, 1910, as superintendent various branches of the company, instructing natives and Chinese in care and operation of machinery.
Chief engineer and mill superintendent Philippine Vegetable Oil Corporation, Manila, 1913. Superintendent service station, Hudson Motor Company, San Francisco, 1914-1915.
Service manager, et cetera, Chevrolet Motor Company, 1916, until entering army. Served with Coconut Products Corporation, Baltimore, and as mechanic engineer Catalyst Testing Plant and Fixed Nitrogen & Research Laboratory, Washington, District of Columbia.
Staff National Bureau Standards (resigned, 1943).
With American Steel Company of Cuba to 1946. Now in business as consulting engineer Director Standard Credit Union (delegate District of Columbia Credit Union League), District of Columbia Credit Union League.
