The firm was founded by James R. Gilreath in 1980 and services a broad base of clients throughout the state of South Carolina. Prior to establishing this firm Mr.
Gilreath practiced in Greenville, South Carolina for 13 years primarily specializing in the corporate, tax and probate area.
Historically the primary focus of the firm has been in federal and state civil and criminal tax matters. The firm also offers services in the probate, estate planning, pension and corporate area. During the past 12 years the firm has also been engaged in complex Employee Retirement Income Security Act, probate, and securities litigation in both the federal and state courts, including trials and appeals.
