As the lead singer of the cult London rock band Officer Kicks he played and recorded for over ten years, playing with some of the biggest names in the music industry. He wrote the first installment of The Rock "n" Roll Diaries whilst on tour. The book has received over one hundred five star reviews on Amazon since its release and been number one on the Amazon bestseller list on numerous occasions.
Scallion co-wrote the soundtrack to the book with the Irish band The Script and Jimbo Barry.
Since being released exclusively on Spotify the four track European Parliament has had over six hundred thousand plays. He has written articles for The Sun Newspaper, Cambridge Evening News and is an ambassador for National Literacy Trust.
Between them they have worked with a host of artists including Jamie Cullum, Florence and the Machine, The Script, Wolf Alice, Laura Welsh and Luke Friend
