Career
Jõesaar played with Ole Mission during the 2013-2014 basketball season. In his sophomore season in 2014-2015, he transferred to Texas–Pan American. Jõesaar led the team in scoring, averaging 16.9 points per game.
In 2015, Jõesaar joined Rapla during the preseason but left without playing a single official game for the team
On 27 October 2015, he joined Rakvere Tarvas. He represented Estonia in the 2015 Summer Universiade in Gwangju, finishing in 8th place.
