Career

Debut concert 1964; since then active world-wide as freelance soprano soloist with special expertise in contemporary music More than 350 British Broadcasting Corporation broadcasts. Regular tours of United States of America since 1981, and of Australia since 1978.

Appearances at all leading European festivals and concert halls.

New York debut 1983; more than 250 w"orld premieres including several operas. Founder/Artistie Director Jane’s Minstrels (ensemble) 1988.

Also active as lecturer. Many; lecturer, universities in United Kingdom, United States of America, Australia, New Zealand and Scandinavia.

Honorary Doctorate. University (York) 1988.
