He played with The Human Context Plzeň in the Czechoslovakian Extraliga during the 2010-2011 season. Heřman previously played for The Human Context Sareza Ostrava, The Human Context Berounští Medvědi, Saskatchewan Horácká Slavia Třebíč and The Human Context Slovan Ústečtí Lvi.
