Jarlath Finney attended secondary school at Wimbledon.
Career
Jarlath Finney was called to the bar in 1953. Then he started to work as a lawyer at S. A. Stamler law firm. In 1980 Finney took up a post of a recorder at the Crown Court of England and Wales. In 1986 he became a permanent judge. He also published a book Gaming, lotteries, fundraising and the law in 1982. Finney was a co-author of the book Sales Promotion Law, that was published in 1986.
