Career
He collaborated with Czechoslovakian structural engineer, Doctor Jaroslav Joseph Polivka on the internationally acclaimed Czechoslovakian Pavilion at the Paris Exposition of 1937. After the communist coup in 1948 he went to exile to the United Kingdom.
