Dourisseau primarily plays the small forward position. In 2015, Dourisseau received a Dutch passport. In the 2006-2007 season, Dourisseau started his career with Neckar Riesen Ludwigsburg.
He reached the Basketball Bundesliga Finals with Ludwigsburg in his first season.
In the 2008-2009 season, Dourisseau played with in the Icelandic Premier League. Foreign the 2009-2010 season, Dourisseau signed with GasTerra Flames.
In his second seaosn, he played in the Euroleague qualifying rounds with Flames. Foreign the 2014-2015 Dourisseau signed with South.Oliver Baskets from the ProA, the German second division.
He returned to in the 2015 offseason, by signing a 2-year deal.
In anticipation of his upcoming Dutch passport, Dourisseau was selected by the Dutch national basketball team on June 13, 2015. In August 2015, Dourisseau officially became a Dutch citizen.
