Education
In 1965 he graduated from school in Nikolaevschina in honor of Yanka Kupala.
He studied in the philological faculty of Belarusian State University (1966-71).
Career
He was working in "Mezhkolhozstroy" in Stolbtsy, as a literature editor in the local newspaper, "Ray", in the "The People's education" (71-72), in the Regional House of Folk Art (1972-76). From 1976 to 1985 he had been working in the Belarusian radio and television. Since 1985 an editor of "Youth".
His debute in a literary work was the poem "mother tongue" (67). Poet's works had been published in the "youth", collection "inspiration", "progeny", and others. He Published a collection of poems, "Communion", "A green ray of calamus", "memory box". The Creativity of Hvaley is the confession to the people and time. The author directs the desire for a fresh look at the events in the world, himself, all those who live nearby. Besides poems he wrote reviews, critiques and essays. To the Children he addressed the tales "Nastya’s presents", a story "Rats, or a mysterious diary," to the young people - the story "Princess", "iron Lady" . Lives in Minsk.
