Blanco Sánchez, Javier was born on December 18, 1926 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. 1959; son of Jesús Blanco Estrada, who was in the military, and served as director of defense for Los Reyes and Peribán de Ramos, Michoacán, and later mayor of Peribán, and Josefina Sánchez.
