Career
He currently serves as Senator of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Chihuahua. At the moment he is banned from television because he is the leader of a social movement that aims to democratize media in Mexico by breaking up the duopoly that controls television business in the country. Corral is currently Personal Area Networks"s candidate for governor of Chihuahua.
Javier was orphaned at age 10, after his mother died in a car accident.
He was study in the Universidad de Occidente in Los Mochis, Sinaloa. In 1990 after the United States invasion of Panama he renounced United States citizenship.
Is married to Cinthia Gamboa Aideé Chavira.
