Worked at Cuatrecasas (Barcelona) specializing in All areas of Spanish and European Economic Community business law, including corporate, commercial, taxation, foreign investments, capital markets, finance, regulatory including environmental law, labour law, intellectual property including software licensing and protection, anti-trust law, litigation, criminal law, bankruptcy law and company restructuring. Admitted to the bar, 1990, Barcelona. Member: Madrid Bar Association.
