Before the Federal District and Appellate Courts, including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit which is the successor of the old Court of Customs and Patent Appeals.
And before the United States Supreme Court. The Firm assists clients in negotiations and in the preparation of documents pertaining thereto, in trade secret matters, and related causes, including litigation in the Courts in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
