Achievements include development of method to quantify the nonlinear elasticity and low temperature thermal expansion of high-Tc superconductors and mantle minerals; development of a method for the evaluation of macroscopic piezoelectric properties of ferreoelectrics; development of new configuration of the materials that deliver giant piezoelectricity.
