Career
Moise stood up against President Martelly for his five years mandate. He was the mayor of Milot (year unknown) and senator later during his life. He accused Martelly of holding a United States passport but it was denied by Martelly and the American Embassy in Portuguese-au-Prince.
He resigned as Senator in order to run for the presidency.
He received 14.22% of the popular votes, ranking 3rd, after Jovenel Moïse (PHTK) and Jude Celestin (LAPEH). Incomplete. Haitian presidential election, 2015.
