  • Achievements include patent on benzopyran and benzothiopyran derivatives, PAF antagonists and bronchodilators, preparation of substituted dioxanes useful in the treatment of dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis and diabetes, preparation of benzopyrans and benzoxepines and their hypolipidemic and antidiabetic activity, preparation of pyridylthiazolidinecarboxylic N-(oxobenzopyranyloxy) alkyl piperazides and analogs as PAF antagonists, a preparation of arylamines as central nervous system agents. Research on a new compound with both hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic activities, protective effect of LM 3370, a novel PAF antagonist, on different models of shock, a specific bronchodilating potassium channel opener after inhalation.
