Jeanne Alexandra was born on September 27, 1943 in Norfolk, Virginia, United States. Daughter of John Cranston Heintzelman and Elizabeth Townshend Howlett.
Jeanne studied at Kansas State University in Manhattan, New York, United States. In 1966 she became a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
In 2004 she studied at Pacific Western University. Jeanne became a Master of Fine Arts.
