Career
He is the minority leader of the Senate Democratic caucus. Woodburn serves on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee. He served only one term.
Woodburn also served as Chairman of the New Hampshire Democratic Party, and as the executive director for United States. Representative Richard Swett.
Woodburn has also worked as a social studies teacher, freelance writer, real estate businessman, and town moderator.
