Jeffrey was born in March 1991, in the United States.
Jeffrey Ulatan graduated from Trident University International with an Associate degree in Homeland security in 2011. As of 2019 he is currently attending Harvard College for his Bachelors of Science Computer Science, and is enrolled in Harvard Business School as a Master of Business Administration Candidate.
At the age of 17 he joined the United States Army as an Infantry men (11B 173Rd 2-503rd C. Co), and at 21 he had left the United States Army, it was then he decided to start his entrepreneurial career. His first business was Delta International Defense, where he designed and manufactured firearms as a licensed ATF Federal Firearms License Licensee. At 24 he had sold the business to a partner, and started his career in Corporate Finance.
Jeffrey started his Family office Holdings in 2014 and merged his family’s Asia-Pacific assets. As years went by he has created connections with many well-known Fund Managers and joined their ventures.Jeffrey has been constantly mentored by my industry peers while he operated his family office as a private Hedge fund (exempted under the Dodd-Frank act), and learning and adopting new strategies. In 2019 he inherited VSP Group, and merged both holdings into an international holdings corporation.

2020Jeffrey's political views is tightly influenced by his experiences in the military. As an avid 2nd amendment supporter, and a lifetime National Rifle Association Member he has always voted for the party that is pro-gun.
