Career
She gave birth to a baby girl in 2008 and a boy in 2012. Baird attended the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, graduating in 1999. She then participated in the 1999 edition of the ANPC/Stages Young Playwrights Weekend.
She received her first film role in the Australian short film, I Promise (1999).
2009 apperared in Alien Trespass, followed by as supporting role in The Sessions and Backtrack.
