Jennifer Abshire was born in 1977 in Aurora, Illinois.

Career

She was a cheerleader in high school and during her senior year she started to lift weights a bit to get stronger to catch the girls in the basket toss. Amateur

During her amateur career, Abshire would come in first place in every weight category she competed in. After winning the light-heavy weight category at the 2010 United States of America Championships, she qualified for her IFBB pro card.

Retirement

After one year as competing in figure, Abshire switched to bodybuilding.
