Graduated from Yale, 1745. Master of Arts (honorary), King’s College, 1765, S.T.D. (honorary), 1789.

Career

Ordained to ministry Episcopal Church, 1748. Minister Trinity Church, Newport, Rhode Island, 1748-1758, St. Paul’s Church, Norwalk, Connecticut, 1758-1777. Fled Norwalk because he was Loyalist, 1777.

Minister, Stratford, Connecticut, 1784-1790.
