Background

Karničar, member of the TTSO Jezersko, was born in Kranj.

Career

He started ski mountaineering in 1997 and competed first in the Memorial Luke in Rada event 1998.

Achievements

• 2004: 6th, World Championship relay race (together with Tone Karničar, Žiga Karničar and Marko Lihteneker) 2006: 9th, World Championship relay race (together with Nejc Kuhar, Anže Šenk and Tomaž Soklič).

Membership

He has been member of the national selection since 2003 and lives in Jezersko.
