Prosecuted and convicted the two Watterson Brothers on thirty-six embezzlement charges in connection with the failure of the Inyo County Bank in August, 1927. Prosecuted a number of Owens Valley residents on charges of dynamiting the Los Angeles Aqueduct growing out of the water war between the City of Los Angeles and the ranchers and residents of Owens Valley in Inyo County.
