Career
She has previously served as a youth ambassador for the United States to the 2007 United Nations World Youth Assembly in Geneva. She has also previously served on the board of the National Organization for Youth Safety. Billings is a veteran of the beauty pageant circuit.
Notably, in 2009 she was named first runner up in the Mission Indiana United States of America and first runner up in the 2010 Mission Wisconsin United States of America. Billings was crowned Mission Pennsylvania United States of America in 2013.
As a pageant contestant Billings has chosen autism as the cause which she is a patron of. The choice of the cause was sparked by her own family"s experience with autism.
Billings has been an advocate of youth safety. She has served on the board of the National Organization for Youth Safety (2007), the Youth for Road Safety, Youth Task Force, and the Students against Destructive Decisions National Student.
