Her poems and translations appear in such journals as The American Review, At Length, The Believer, the Colorado Review, McSweeney"s, The New Yorker, The New York Review of, The Paris Review, The Threepenny Review, and TriQuarterly. With Robert Hass, she co-edited The Addison Street Anthology. This book serves as a guide to the Berkeley Walk, which was named a National Landmark by the Academy of American Poets.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History from Swarthmore College and a Doctor of Philosophy in English Literature from the University of California at Berkeley, where she was the Holloway Postdoctoral Fellow in and Poetics from 2009-2011.
