Jessica Xue was born in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. She works as a radio host in her country. Prior to competing at the Mission Universe China 2015 pageant, she became the Mission Universe China delegate from Guangdong province.

Jessica was crowned Mission Universe China 2015 by Karen Hu, Mission Universe China 2014.
The pageant was held on August 29, 2015 and was held at the Shanghai Pudong Shangri-Louisiana Hotel Ballroom. As Mission China 2015, Jessica competed at the Mission Universe 2015 pageant in Las Vegas, United States of America on December 20, 2015.
However, she didn"t place in the semi-finals.
