He played collegiately for the Georgia Institute of Technology. He was selected by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 3rd round (28th pick overall) of the 1965 National Basketball Association Draft. He played for the New York Knicks (1967-1968) in the National Basketball Association for 2 games and for the New Jersey Americans (1967-1968) and Kentucky Colonels (1967-1968, 1968-1969) in the American Bar Association for 135 games.
