Career
Since 2013, Raye has been the vice president of football operations for the Indianapolis Colts of the NFL.
A wide receiver for the Aztecs of San Diego State University (SDSU) from 1986 to 1990, Raye earned a bachelor"s degree in public administration. He left SDSU tied for eighth on the school"s all-time receiving list with 111 catches. Raye"s began when he signed a free agent contract with the Los Angeles Rams.
He ended up playing in the final two games of the season.
He was the director of player personnel with the San Diego Chargers. In 2012, Chicago Bears general manager Jerry Angelo was fired, and Raye was one of four candidates for the job.
In 2013 he was hired as VP of Football Operations for the Indianapolis Colts.
