After his television career he entered the Youtube media business, publishing on his own, the Make magazine and core77 channel. His personal brand is the name "DIRESTA" written with stenciled fonsts, most often sprayed on tools he removed the original brand before. Additionally he hosts the weekly "Making it" podcast since October 2014 together with David Picciuto and Bob Clagett.
The DiResta brothers set out scouring New York City – from the dumpsters of the Lower East Side to flea markets scattered throughout the five boroughs to various antique shops and collectors.
