Feiler received her BFA and MFA in Photography from California Institute of the Arts, Valencia (1970, 1975). She also studied at UCLA (1968-69) and Art Center College of Design, Los Angeles (1971-72).
Her most recent position (1977-79) was as a photographer of filmstrips for CRM/McGraw- Hill Productions in Santa Monica, California. Previously, she did publicity stills for Warner Brothers Records (1972) and still photography for Hawk Films and Warner Brothers Films in England (1974). She was photography editor of Coast Environment Magazine in Los Angeles (1970-72) and on the design staff of Box at California Institute of the Arts in 1971. She has also done freelance photography for a variety of magazines.
She won a scholarship grant in photography from California Institute of the Arts in 1974 and a Certificate of Art Excellence from the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in 1968.
A member of RPS and the Los Angeles Center for Photographic Studies.
