Trials and Appeals in Federal and State Courts and before Government Agencies. Admitted to the bar, 1974, Minnesota and United States.

Member: Franchise Advisory Committee, Minnesota Commissioner of Securities, 1979-1980. Ad-hoc Committee on Franchising, Minnesota Department of Commerce, 1992.
Charter Member, American Bar Association Forum Committee on Franchising, 1978. In 1996, KINNEY & LANGE, in cooperation with West Publishing Company, published two intellectual property law books
The first book is a 700 page hardbound treatise entitled Intellectual Property Law for Business Lawyers.
The second work is a companion statute book entitled Federal Intellectual Property Laws and Regulations. The attorneys of KINNEY & LANGE authored each of these publications. These publications developed out of a free Intellectual Property Law seminar series KINNEY & LANGE presents annually in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa for business attorneys, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs.
